At Joe Marais Wildlife, each artwork is created with great care and produced to the highest quality standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Because our canvas prints are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item, photo or photo's of the issue and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Full refund
  • Store credit (where applicable)

Lost Shipments

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the courier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
