Refund & Replacement Policy

All Joe Marais limited edition canvas prints are produced to order using archival materials and museum-grade printing processes. Each edition is signed and numbered by the artist.

Because of the custom and limited nature of these artworks, returns or refunds for change of minds are not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important.

If your artwork arrives:

damaged in transit

materially defective

incorrect to your order

please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so that we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Approved replacements will be produced and dispatched at no additional cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is due to our fault.
