Each artwork is carefully prepared and dispatched with the same attention and care given during its creation. We work closely with trusted printing and courier partners to ensure that every piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Production Time
All prints are produced to order using museum-grade archival materials. Please allow 5–7 working days for production prior to dispatch.

Original paintings are prepared and packaged with care before shipment. Dispatch timelines may vary slightly depending on drying time and final inspection.

Packaging
Artworks are professionally packaged using protective materials to safeguard against movement, moisture, and impact during transit. Box-mounted canvases and originals are securely wrapped and shipped in rigid protective packaging.

Delivery
We ship both within South Africa and internationally using reliable courier services. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination but typically range between 2–7 working days after dispatch.

Collectors will receive shipment confirmation once the artwork has been dispatched.

Certificate of Authenticity
Each artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity verifying the artwork details and provenance. A digital certificate is provided for collector records and documentation.
